- No glass near the pool. No glass bottles or glasses on the pool terrace or in the water. Broken glass in a pool means draining it. Plastic cups are in the kitchen.
- Shower before you swim. A quick rinse keeps sun cream, sand and sweat out of the water, so the pool stays clear all week.
- Don't leave food out. The ants are fast. Put food away, wipe surfaces, and keep fruit, bread and sweets in the fridge or sealed containers.
- Doors and windows shut when the A/C is on. Otherwise the unit runs non-stop and still can't cool the room. Switch it off when you go out.
- Gas off after the barbecue. Open the gas bottle valve before lighting, close it again when you finish cooking. Never leave it open overnight.
- Quiet from 23:00 to 08:00. Neighbours live close by on all sides. Keep music low on the terrace and take the party inside late at night.
- No smoking indoors. Outside on the terrace is fine. Please use an ashtray and never flick anything into the garden.
- Only registered guests stay over. Day visitors are welcome. Overnight guests must be on the booking, and the house sleeps a maximum of 6.
- Pool safety. No diving, no running on the wet tiles, and children are always supervised by an adult. There is no lifeguard here.
- Lock up when you go out. Close the gate, lock the doors and shut the windows, even for a short trip to the beach.

De villa biedt plaats aan maximaal 6 gasten in 3 slaapkamers. Alleen de gasten die op de boeking staan blijven overnachten; dagbezoek is welkom.
Is er airconditioning?
Ja, elke kamer heeft een eigen Airzone-aircozone met een wandpaneel, plus plafondventilatoren. Houd deuren en ramen dicht zolang de airco aanstaat.
Is er een magnetron?
Nee. De keuken heeft een kookplaat, oven, vaatwasser, koel-vriescombinatie en een cupkoffiezetapparaat, maar geen magnetron. Er liggen geen voorraden klaar: doe boodschappen bij Carrefour Express op vijf minuten lopen, of laat ons de koelkast vullen voordat je aankomt.
Is de villa geschikt voor kinderen?
Gezinnen zijn er dol op: de tuin is volledig ommuurd en het zwembad is privé. Er is geen badmeester en geen zwembadhek, dus kinderen moeten altijd onder toezicht van een volwassene staan.
Mag ik barbecueën?
Ja, er staat een gasbarbecue op het terras. Open de gaskraan om te koken en sluit hem weer als je klaar bent. Lidl, negen minuten lopen, is prima voor barbecuevlees.
Is wifi inbegrepen?
Ja, glasvezel-wifi in het hele huis en bij het zwembad, inbegrepen in de prijs. De gegevens staan in je gastengids.
