By booking you agree to the house rules (max 6 guests, quiet 23:00–08:00, no glass by the pool). Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 15:00. No payment is taken online; if the dates do not suit you after all, just reply to the confirmation e-mail.

What happens next

1. Instant confirmation

Your dates are held the moment you book. We e-mail a confirmation with your personal guest guide link: Wi-Fi, how the house works, our favourite places.

2. Your host gets in touch

AM Costa Blanca confirms the price, payment and key handover with you directly. No platform fees in between.

3. Check-in morning

At breakfast time on arrival day you get a second e-mail: address, gate and parking, keys, and the first-hour checklist. Check-in is from 12:00.

4. Fridge and beach gear

From your guest guide you can send a shopping list and book beach chairs, a shade, a speaker, a cot or bikes, all ready when you walk in.
