Check-in from 12:00, check-out by 15:00. Key handover is arranged by your host and confirmed in the e-mail you get on the morning of arrival.

Yes: beach chairs, a sun shade, cooler, Bluetooth speaker, bodyboards, snorkel sets, pool floats, a paddleboard, travel cot, high chair and bikes, priced per stay and waiting in the hall when you arrive.

No, the pool is unheated. It is comfortable from late May to October; in winter it is for the brave.

Please ask before booking. Small, well-behaved dogs are sometimes possible by arrangement with the host.

Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels can be rented, or bring your own.

Yes, in a separate laundry room, plus an outdoor drying rack. There is no tumble dryer; in summer things dry in an hour.

The villa is single-storey, but there are steps at the entrance and around the pool. Contact us with your needs and we will answer honestly.

No. It is a residential street with neighbours on all sides, and quiet hours are 23:00 to 08:00.

Carrefour Express is 5 minutes on foot, Lidl 9 minutes, Consum at Punta Marina 9 minutes, and Mercadona in Playa Flamenca 4 minutes by car. Alcampo at La Zenia Boulevard is open until 22:00.
