In short
Aquopolis: June to early September, roughly 11:00 to 19:00, big slides, wave pool, lazy river, kids’ zone. Book online for the best price.
Adults roughly €25 to €30 at the gate, children and seniors less, under-threes free; online and afternoon tickets are cheaper.
Height bands apply on the big slides (typically 1.20 m and 1.40 m).
Flamingo Aquapark: smaller, cheaper, better for under-eights.
Aquopolis Torrevieja
On the N-332 at the southern edge of Torrevieja, so about ten minutes from Punta Prima with free parking. Expect a wave pool, a lazy river, a kamikaze and a couple of big tube slides, a smaller family rapids run and a splash zone for little ones with shade. Sun loungers and umbrellas are extra and go early; grab one at opening. Lockers, showers and changing rooms are included; the food is water-park food, and picnics are generally allowed in the designated areas.
Tickets and timing
Gate prices sit around €25 to €30 for adults and €18 to €22 for children, with the official website usually 15 to 25 percent cheaper and an afternoon ticket from about 15:00. The season runs from mid-June to the first week of September, longer at weekends in June. Arrive at opening or after 15:00 to avoid the midday queues; the park thins out noticeably after 16:00.
Flamingo Aquapark
Also in Torrevieja, smaller and older, with gentler slides, pools and a kids’ area. Cheaper and less overwhelming for families with children under eight, and queues are shorter. If your children are ten and up they will want Aquopolis.
Survival tips
Factor-50, a hat for the queues, water shoes for hot concrete.
Rash vests for small children; the sun off the water is fierce.
Cash or card both work; lockers take coins or cards depending on the year.
Check height rules before you promise a slide.
The villa pool is a better plan for the day after.
